Market Update – March 2013
There are promising signs of positive growth in the housing market data for the City of Fredericksburg and Spotsylvania, Stafford, Caroline, Orange, King George, Rappahannock, Culpeper, and Madison Counties. Active inventory and new listings are down from March of 2012, which is causing an upward movement in sales. Fewer short sale properties on the market is keeping pending contracts lower and properties are closing sooner.
